The IECA Foundation Board of Trustees meets to review applications in January and July.

Criteria for evaluation of proposals include examining whether the proposal supports the mission of the IECA Foundation, the general soundness of the organization submitting the proposal, and whether the project being funded will have a significant impact within the educational community.
