How Can You Support the IECA Foundation? The IECA Foundation conducts an Annual Giving Campaign every year. IECA members as well as school, college and program representatives are encouraged to make a pledge during this campaign. However, contributions are accepted throughout the fiscal year January 1 through December 31.
