    On May 5, 2025, as part of the annual IECA Conference, the IECA Foundation brought the spirit of Motown to life in the heart of Detroit. Guests enjoyed an unforgettable evening of classic Motown hits, lively dancing, and networking with colleagues, all in support of the Foundation’s mission to provide grants to nonprofit organizations helping underserved youth and young adults create pathways to success.

    IECA Foundation Emeritus Event

    On December 7, 2023, Emeritus IECA Members and longstanding friends of IECA and the IECA Foundation met for a virtual gathering to celebrate and catch up while hearing updates from both organizations. It was a special evening filled with reconnection, smiles, and laughter!

  • Virtual-Silent-Auction

    IECA Foundation's First-Ever Virtual Silent Auction

    The Foundation hosted its first-ever virtual silent auction in early November 2023. There was an exciting array of auction items — from exclusive experiences, trips, and vacations to special offerings for upcoming IECA conferences — that collectively raised more than $15,000! The proceeds from the auction were put to immediate use championing non-profit organizations that help provide opportunities to underserved students and ultimately transform lives.

  • Pearls of Opportunity

    Hosted alongside the IECA Spring Conference in Baltimore, the IECA Foundation gathered on May 18, 2026, for our Pearls of Opportunity Gala. This milestone evening celebrated the Foundation’s 30th Anniversary, honoring three decades of creating life-changing pathways for underserved youth.

    Conference attendees and supporters came together to look back on thirty years of impact and participate in an incredible matching challenge to fund our upcoming grants. Thank you to everyone who joined us in Baltimore to champion the next generation of students!
